Temecula as a tourist

For my travel assignment I had to go somewhere and take pictures for a tourist style magazine. I decided to go to Temecula...that way I could see Clay and get my assignment done, good deal in my opinion. And I totally lucked out because I was able to photograph the Rod Run that weekend and I was also able to help with a surprise proposal! (I'll post pictures from that later) But here are some of the images I am turning in for my assignment. Enjoy!

Brittany and Erik September 13, 2008

So this is a really long and long overdue post. My dear friend Brittany got married last month and I had the honor of photographing the event with my assistant Ashley. The day was amazing and beautiful (minus the heat). Thanks Brittany and Erik for letting me be apart of your day. Now sit back and enjoy!

Stella Mare's

A couple of weeks ago I had to go to this really nice restaurant in Santa Barbara called Stella Mare's for one of my Travel assignments. This was our food shoot and bonus we got to eat what we shot! Hope you don't get to hungry looking at these...Enjoy!

Avocado Festival

So I had to reshoot my activities assignment for my Travel class so I figured why not go the avocado festival! It was pretty fun walking around watching people eat avocado ice cream...I still don't understand why anyone would eat that stuff... hope you enjoy the images.

Personal : Anniversary

So this weekend my boyfriend Clay and I celebrated our three year anniversary. He came up on Thursday night and he surprised me with flowers and we had almost 3 whole days together. On Friday we went out to play mini golf which was a lot of fun and then we went out to dinner to the Cheesecake Factory. Then on Saturday my surprise for him was that for our anniversary we were going to Disneyland! I had not been in a long time and neither had he so I figured that would be something really fun for both of us to do. We got there about 1:30pm and went on some rides one which included Splash Mountain where we sat in the front two seats getting us completely soaked and we stayed that way for most of the day. We stayed until about 10:30 and watched the fireworks which were really cool and totally worth the money. It was such a perfect day and I cannot believe that it has been 3 years! I cannot wait to see what the future holds for us. Here are a few pictures from this weekend. Enjoy and have a great week!
